Being part of Forengers' Core Management Group has been a transformative experience. From organizing school drives to leading community awareness campaigns, I've contributed meaningfully to environmental and social causes. Each project challenged me and strengthened my leadership, planning, and execution skills. More than an NGO, Forengers feels like family, a community that turns ideas into action and uplifts every member. I'm grateful for the trust and opportunities I received at Forengers.

I initially joined Forengers to improve my design skills as part of the Content Team.Over time, I learned more about the organisation and its impactful work beyond plantation drives, including awareness, donation, and cleanliness initiatives. Being part of Forengers has helped me grow, connect with like-minded people, expand my network, and most importantly, reconnect with nature.It has given me a stronger sense of responsibility towards the environment,making this a truly meaningful experience.

Being a part of Forengers for almost a year now,has taught me how important it is to nourish nature, so that in return, nature continues to nourish us.It has given me the opportunity to contribute towards this responsibility while making the entire experience enjoyable and meaningful. After spending the whole week in the city, being able to spend weekends in nature while also working for it feels like a true win-win.

Joining Forengers has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my journey. Serving as an HR Coordinator gave me the chance to work with people who genuinely care about making a difference.What makes this organization so special is the warmth, dedication and sense of purpose that every person brings. Completing a year with Forengers has been a meaningful learning experience.As part of the Technical Team, I had opportunity to work on the website, plantation data platform, and Forengers Roots, helping support the organisation’s environmental initiatives. Each project has helped me grow technically while showing me how technology can create real impact.It also taught me collaboration, ownership, and how to turn ideas into something useful. I’m grateful for everyone who made this year memorable.
